TS > JS conversion is breaking, because we import a set of helper routes which are not yet installed by the time Remix wants to run the conversion process.
@frehner has already done much of the work to remove these helper routes from the rest of the Hydrogen package here: #336
But this PR removes the config file altogether as to unblock the dev preview process.
