Include smartapi extension validation

@NikkiBytes put this on you plate now, let's test the current json schema for smartapi extensions (above link) against all registered API metadata to see how many passing/failure. We can then adjust the json schema or API metadata as needed.

Noting here - the extension has been built and tested, and is ready for the next stage of deployment. We are holding on to releasing this for next phase of development.
