boost::filesystem::filesystem_error not handled

bfs::create_directories() may throw a filesystem_error that isn't handled. This can be reproduced by making storage-path a broken symlink.

What would you expect it to do in this case? If it can't create directories where you told it to create directories, I'm not sure there's anything to do but crash
