We have previously analyzed some data with SCENIC on R and were able to get the spearman correlation values from the runCorrelations() function. However, after running the pySCENIC pipeline and going through all the tutorials/documentation, I could not find a similar option for it. Am I missing something or is it not possible to export spearman (or even pearson) correlations with pySCENIC?
