There are some alternative sites that you can use.

1. HF-Mirror (hf-mirror.com): This is one of the most stable mirrors
2. Aliyun ModelScope: A large model hub by Alibaba that hosts many of the same models (especially popular ones like Llama, Qwen, and Mistral).
3. LibLib / Civitai: Primarily for Image AI (Stable Diffusion)

Also if using hf-mirror before running your download script or llama.cpp commands, set the endpoint to a mirror

Salam(hi) kourosh , you can use https://github.com/masterking32/MasterHttpRelayVPN . With this vpn you need a google account , and your data is sent though google web app . Im not sure if it will work for huggingface but it's works for YouTube, telegram and more. If google doesn't get blocked AGAIN you can use this to stay connected or "rasool jalili" find a way to close this.

(Both do the same thing but the second one is faster for me)

I wanted to test this method and went through some parts of it, but when I tried to deploy the code in Google Script, it seemed like the relevant site was closed when I tried to grant access.
