The last occurrence of this page was for AAPS 3.1 https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/3.1/Module/module.html, a redirect was setup since 3.2 to https://androidaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Getting-Started/ComponentOverview.html.
The link structure is strange to me as /en/ is the language definition and I don't know where you found a link showing /latest/EN
