Adds a new Posthog toolkit to the generated toolkit catalog (41 tools) and exposes it in the development integrations nav.

Refreshes generated toolkit metadata: GitHub and Jira have two tools removed each (tool counts drop), Google Docs bumps to 5.2.0 and updates CreateDocumentFromText to support an optional input_format (markdown/plain) with expanded docs, Linear bumps to 3.3.2 and updates required OAuth scopes (notably CreateIssue now uses write) while removing embedded code examples, and Math bumps to 1.4.0. The overall index.json generatedAt timestamp is updated accordingly.
