This PR was generated after a Porter deploy succeeded.

Note

Medium Risk
Medium risk because it changes published toolkit surfaces (adds PostHog, removes some GitHub/Jira tools) and updates auth scope requirements for Linear issue creation, which could affect users relying on prior docs/tool definitions.

Overview
Adds PostHog as a first-class development integration, including a new posthog.json toolkit definition (41 tools) and navigation/registry entries so it appears in the integrations list.

Refreshes generated toolkit metadata across existing toolkits: bumps GoogleDocs to 5.2.0 (adds input_format and expanded Markdown formatting support to CreateDocumentFromText), bumps Linear to 3.3.2 (updates CreateIssue to require write scope and removes issues:create from declared scopes), and bumps Math to 1.4.0. Also removes GitHub notification tools from the GitHub toolkit and removes two Jira priority-scheme tools, updating tool counts and regeneration timestamps accordingly.
