LGTM. I understand this will be updated to point Julienne to the new Julienne release once it is ready, but this all looks good.

Enable Julienne multi-image mode testing for all compilers, installing callbacks targeting PRIF to provide the multi-image support.
This PR depends on Julienne support added in Julienne PR 157
