Impossible to add a new emply line after the table

Describe the Bug

It is not possible to insert an empty line after the table if the table is at the end of the document.

As an example I demonstrated in the attached video this issue and possible solution (how is that implemented on the other editor)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. insert a table on the last empty line
3. Try to add a new line after the table

Thanks @Golembivskyi,
It is already possible to navigate by keyboard via the down arrow, from a bottom table cell, but I've added a point on #5631
to add a more invuitive method, for when the mouse is clicked in the area below such a content type.
