Bug with a collapsible block

Describe the Bug

There is a bug with adding few collapsible blocks in a row. I demonstrated it in the attached video.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start editing any page
2. Add few collapsible rows
3. Try to edit any of them.

Expected Behaviour

In my expectation if I press the button of adding collapsible block five times, there schould appear five collapsible blocks and all of them schould be editable. But now it adds only one collapsible block in the correct way.
