Allow specific formatting

Most times when I want a scratch file it's for e.g. formatting an XML string. Could you add an option to change the type of the scratch file so I can aplly the Netbeans auto formatting?

Atm the mimetype will be set after saving such scratch file. I thought about to give a specific mimetype via creating such file, like in IDEA, where you can choose your filetype (mimetype). So yes I will implement it but not as soon. As a workaround, save your scratch file and give them your *.xml type then everything should work.

I created a new window where you can choose the language of your need. You can clone the repo an build it by your own if you want. There are some little stuff, where I don't want to create a build. If you don't want I can create a pre-build of it. But for now you can do it by your own. Please let me know it.

It is not working correctly, the click will not trigger on the language. I will fix it and upload a new version soon. But the idea is clear. After hitting the shortcut, there is a little dialog which opens where you can choose your language and than a scratch.ext will created.
