File-Level Changes

Change Details Files
Introduce a CircleCI 2.1 pipeline configuration with a custom Docker executor and a minimal job/workflow skeleton.
  • Create a CircleCI config using version 2.1 syntax
  • Define a reusable docker-based executor that pulls the cimg/base:stable image with Docker Hub credentials injected from environment variables
  • Add a placeholder job that uses the custom executor and performs a repository checkout
  • Wire the job into a simple workflow so it will run in the pipeline
.circleci/ci-hardhat.yml
