[BUG] Exclude rule is being ignored

Describe the bug

I want all my requests to www.reddit.com redirected to ord.reddit.com. For that I created a rule like this:

I works well, but I wanted to exclude requests to https://www.reddit.com/gallery/<...>, so I added an exclude rule. It doesn't work. As you see at the bottom in the test field, the requests are still being redirected to old.reddit.com, and it happens in practice too.

There is historical dirty data, which will be fixed in the next version. If you are in a hurry to use it, you can delete the existing rules and create a new one.

Yeah, that's what I did after I saw that export result. It works, but how did you miss such a big and important part when updating versions?

I wrote the conversion logic, which should work fine in general, but it seems it doesn't work on your device.
