Don't ask for ignoreURLParametersMatching when running `workbox wizard --injectManifest`

The workbox-cli's wizard mode has an optional set of questions that it asked when passed --injectManifest. We should not ask about and write ignoreURLParametersMatching to the config when in --injectManifest mode, since that option isn't supported when using workbox injectManifest.
