Explain workflow better

The current documentation about how to use this tool effectively is somewhat minimal.

I would like an example of mbtiny listdeps. I can't seem to find the correct directory to run this in for my distribution, or even for App::ModuleBuildTiny.

That one is entirely on me.

If you rename the directory to App-ModuleBuildTiny it will all work (github used to lowercase repository names, and I kept the habit even though it hasn't been doing that for years)
