When running through the release docs i've made a few changes which will hopefully make things even clearer.
Also found there was a lot of duplication in the docs regarding documentation on different pages so have tried to condense these into pages where they seem appropriate.
Also fixed a currently broken link on https://metoffice.github.io/CDDS/3.3/tutorials/add_mapping/ at this section
