The scripts/setup.sh crashes because of the MarkupSafe new release. To fix the issue I added explicit MarkupSafe version 2.0.1.

The scripts/setup.sh crashes because of the MarkupSafe new release. To fix the issue I added explicit MarkupSafe version 2.0.1.
