I'm approving as is, but based on our offline conversation I think you said you might want to extend this further? Please let me know if you want to make changes to this PR, or if you would prefer me to merge this as-is (and make a later PR for further improvements).

This is done to the extent I was planning on modifying. It is an attempt to standardize formatting and design. I didn't check that all the docs are technically correct relative to setting up DeepOps.
