[18.0] web_responsive: Move AppsMenuPreferences from systray to user profile

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The AppsMenuPreferences popup is visible in the systray.

1. The options offered are not used in day-to-day operations
2. Accidentally clicking the systray icon opens the popup. Dismissing the popup forces a refresh, leading losing (in some cases) the previous context (e.g. filters)

Describe the solution you'd like
Since the options offered are deemed preferences, move the options to the user profile (My profile) where each user can set the settings he/she wants.
In order to reduce re-implementation overhead, add a button "Apps Menu Preferences" in User Profile header element that with pop up the preferences wizard.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Adding option to show / hide the systray icon

Agree.
"problem" present in responsive and normal view.
Could be great if that button was not present in the main systray.
