Resolves conflicts from folder structure refactor (#63) and more tests (#62). Moves scalar_mult/vector_mult to src/affine/ and test files to new subdirectory structure. Moves some affine atoms that were in the bivariate folder (like left matmul A @ X with A fixed etc.). Also splits bivariate up into two folders as mental preparation for chain rule implementation for bivariate atoms.
