This can be a delay library separate from SB.
It should allow support for both widget and gadget delay mechanisms:
- Delay(Update) - time based
- Delay$Callin, such as DelayGameFrame, DelayUnitKilled, and so on

WG.Delay.DelayGameFrame(callin[, gameFrames])
GG.Delay.DelayUnitKilled(callin[, callinInvocations])
