bundle_resources, folder structure in inst/app/www

Hi there,

Is it possible for bundle_resources to pick up a folder structure in the inst/app/www folder? It would be nice to organise the inst/app/www folder with a folder for css, js and images. Perhaps I missed something in the documentation?

That would make sense.

bundle_resources() does a list.files(), so it could include all the subfile too instead of top level files only
