MacOS automatically picked up the about and settings windows (probably thanks to Qt). This reminds me we should probably have canonical keyboard shortcuts for the following menu actions:
- View Help (F1)
- Save Profile (CTRL-S)
- Save Profiles As... (CTRL-SHIFT-S)
- Load profile (CTRL-O)
- Settings (CTRL-,)
And we need to ensure they won't interfere with hotkeys.
