[Variant] Add support the remaing primitive type(timestamp_nanos/timestampntz_nanos/uuid) for parquet variant

Currently, the primitive type has not been fully supported yet, #7630 made most progress for this, but there are TimeNTZ/Timestamp_nanos/Timestampntz_nanos/UUID need to be supported.

Add primitive type support like what #8114 did for TimeNTZ
