- OWB e.g. switched from geronimo to jakarta
- i added both exclusions to MF as the master switched to jakarta there, but 4.0.x is still geronimo
- added logging to ReloadableEntityManagerFactory as it swalloped a exception because of incompatible persistence api and hibernate (fixed by right exclusions now)
- use Hibernate 6.4.1
- cleaned some exclusions, the dependency:tree is much smaller now
