Bug Report Process

I was interested in how Arty handle bug reports from users:

• Do you have a best practice or system you use ?
• What have you found works / didn’t work ?

Common issues I've found are:

• We don't get enough information.
• It's hard to get additional information from someone who may have an issue (perhaps the feedback was passed on via a team member)
• It's hard to get them to use most bug reporting tools (Too technical, they much prefer email).
• How do we prioritise and make sure bugs are actually fixed and something we can fix (as opposed to user error).

Would be also interesting to talk about how you treat errors and present them to the user. If the user sees generic or too specific error messages, and if they include some code that makes things easy for you to track back.
