get rif of lodash dependency

Description

Let's be professionals and remove the old, legacy, bad, ugly and insecure lodash dependency that this repository has. It's very easy to do so and implement our own functions so everybody who uses this packages win.

npm i and a lot of warnings about vulerabilities on lodash dependency come out

Nuxt running Nodejs 24 (works on 22) now throws includes.bind is not a function out of the latest Chrome browser.
I can replace the lodash function in isValid below with the simpler isString check, and the portal app continues:
