How I can use this toolbox for BCI competition III data set II?

I am using BCI competition III data set II for P300 speller data.
How can i use this toolbox for 'Subject_A_Train.mat' file which is available online?

convert the BCI comp data into BBCI data format and the rest I think is straightforward, check the demos scripts for guidance.
