Add CircleCI logo link to SSO setup documentation

Description

Added a helpful TIP callout in the SSO setup documentation that provides a link to the CircleCI brand site where users can download the CircleCI logo.

Reasons

When setting up SSO with Identity Providers like Okta, users often need to add a logo for the application. Previously, users had to search for the CircleCI logo themselves. This change provides a direct link to the official CircleCI brand site (https://brand.circleci.com/613faff00/p/732047-logos) in the relevant section of the documentation, making the setup process smoother.

This addresses feedback from a customer during a live SSO setup session who mentioned it would be helpful to have easy access to the CCI logo.

• Check all headings h1-h6 are in sentence case (only first letter is capitalized).
