R2 persistence mount conflicts with Dockerfile template in /workspace

If sandbox loads a template in the dockerfile and I use R2 for persistence ,where to mount , because if I mount on /workspace it will just wipe the template and if I mount somewhere else it won't persiste the /workspace which is where the project will be . On version 0.7.20
