This PR adds web screenshare and support for the REST signaling used in rM OS 3.27.
It also bridges MQTT to REST so that the web screenshare client works with 3.26 and older OSes as well.
Tested on 3.26.0.68 and 3.27.0.91 with web share.
Tested on 3.26.0.68 with reMarkable macOS app.
I don't know that there's a 3.27 desktop app yet, so I haven't been able to test out the official clients work with REST.
Draft until 3.27 releases and I can do a final test, not sure what the timing on desktop app releases are but I'd like to test the new version of that as well.
