[iOS] Items are not updated properly in CarouselView2.

Description

I have a CarouselView on the first page loaded with the ItemsSource. Then I navigate to the second page, replace the first item in the ItemsSource of the CarouselView, and return to the main page containing the CarouselView. The replaced item is not reflected in the CarouselView.

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.103.0 with .NET MAUI version 9.0.0 & 9.0.90. It is reproducible on the iOS platform.

Note: This issue happens in CV2, and is working as expected on CV1.
