I'd also add to the list of significant post-release regression issues the ones that retrurned in 10.0.31 and aren't still fixed in 10.0.40, namely issues that returned because of PR #33753. For example, #33034 and others. They are marked as closed, but they aren't fixed in the latest 10.0.40. The safe are bugs on Android are currently preventing me from migrating from .NET 9.
