Where do I find the action reference?

.github/workflows/bump-version.yml uses .ci/bump-version.yml - see L24

We use updatecli in conjunction with GitHub actions to automate some dependency management when dependabot or any other tools don't support our specific use case.

In this particular case, there is an updatecli manifest in .ci/bump-version.yml, that's the one responsible for:

1. Fetch the latest release for the apm-agent-python.
2. Update the requirements.txt and Dockerfile files
3. Create a Pull Request.

That manifest is triggered through the GitHub workflow .github/workflows/bump-version.yml
