feat: show full NFT metadata fields with raw JSON toggle on token page

Summary

Adds a full-width Metadata card below the image/details grid on the NFT token page. Displays all metadata fields not already shown elsewhere (image, description, attributes) in a formatted 3-column grid, with a Formatted/Raw toggle to inspect the complete JSON. Section is hidden when metadata hasn't been fetched yet.
