[BUG] Not very useful error message

Description

My ISP keeps breaking my SSL connections, which causes eopkg to fail with "System error. Program terminated."

It used to throw a more useful message, ie [SSL: KRB5_S_TKT_NYV] unexpected eof while reading (_ssl.c:1946) but no longer does so. Even the --debug output is not much better:

"System error. Program terminated.
<class 'zipfile.BadZipFile'>: https://cdn.getsol.us/repo/unstable/g/gimp/gimp-3.0.8-89-1-x86_64.eopkg"

Steps to reproduce

1. Run "sudo eopkg up"
2. libgtk-4-4.22.1-57-1-x86_64.eopkg (8.8 MB) 48% 2.68 MB/s [00:00:02]System error. Program terminated.

Expected result

A more detailed error as to what when wrong (ie problem with the SSL connection)

Add any other information about this issue, such as tracebacks, screenshots, etc.
