This change prepares the project for automated version management by a release bot. It adds a special comment (<!-- {x-version-update:google-adk:current} -->) to all pom.xml files, which the bot uses as a marker for updating versions. Additionally, this CL refactors several sample project POMs to inherit from a common google-adk-samples parent, simplifying version management and ensuring consistency. This also includes cleanups like using ${project.version} for dependencies and adding the maven-source-plugin to generate source JARs for the samples.
