"Historical Announcements" (http://google-api-javascript-client.blogspot.com/) is dead. Wayback machine shows it has only one post from 2012 (https://web.archive.org/web/20190827202537/http://google-api-javascript-client.blogspot.com/).
It's essentially empty. The only file doesn't have any useful content and doesn't appear to be referenced by anything else in the codebase.
