The index.html platform for the tested requirements artifact is extremely minimal because the focus of that artifact is primarily on the per-participant pages, but the user experience consuming the tested requirements artifact could be improved by cleaning up index.html and adding a bit of additional information. This PR reuses the style elements of the per-participant pages in index.html and adds the verification status of each participant to the index (along with the system version) to make the information available close to parity with status.json.
