dotPilot needs a tracked epic for agent profile management, live fleet visibility, approval handling, and delegation patterns.

Scope

• Track reusable agent profiles and role templates
• Track fleet board, approval inbox, delegation, and background session behavior

Out of scope

• Provider toolchain installation
• Repository Git features and tool federation details

Planned child issues

• Implement persistent agent profiles and reusable role templates
• Turn the existing agent-builder page into a real profile editor
• Add a fleet board and live session monitor
• Implement the human approval inbox and resumable decisions
• Add delegation, handoff, and background-session support

Definition of Done

• The agent-catalog and fleet issues exist and reference this epic
• The epic clearly covers both profile authoring and fleet operations

Verification

• Child issues reference this epic
• The epic remains product-facing instead of runtime-internal
