目前 load data 语法不支持 csv忽略错误行导入，要么成功要么失败，但实际场景大一些的 csv 有很少的脏数据加载成功不影响功能使用，但是不忽略错误行很难定位或者处理文件

其他数据库没有标准统一的语法，建议 mo在load data 自定义忽略错误行选项
