I wish you'll add an example for each function in your interfaces,
I am not completely understand them from your doc...

I am currently using ko.processAllDeferredBindingUpdates() for waiting for UI to release.
I sure that there is much more to that :)

Sorry for taking so long to reply. I think it's a good idea to include examples, but I haven't yet had the time to do it.
