Backport fix for license extraction on non-Nutanix infrastructure. Chart tag: 0.5.2 (directory bumped to 0.5.3 to force reconciliation, since the 0.5.2 directory on release-2.17 was reserved by the #4247 refactor without a corresponding chart release).
