This PR fixes broken markdown links in README.md files within the feature branch to pass the "Check .md links" validation job. The changes address both truly broken links and chicken-and-egg issues where links point to paths that will exist after merging to main.
- Replaced NuGet package hyperlinks with inline code formatting for internal package references
- Updated broken Microsoft Learn documentation URLs to correct paths
- Simplified Azure Functions samples links to point to the existing samples directory
- Removed a "Learn More" section with broken external links

Motivation and Context
After merging the latest from
mainintofeature-azure-functions, we have more validations running against our branch. One of them is the "Check .md links" job that scans all .md files for broken links. It found some issues in our README.md files.Description
I've removed all the broken links so that this validation job will pass. Some of the broken links were legitimate but some of them were links that will exist when we merge to main, creating a chicken-and-egg problem. For those links, I either removed them or redirected them to existing locations. We can add those links back after we've merged to
main.There are no code changes.
