Add memkind component to unblock blis build.
blis fails with missing BuildRequires: memkind-devel (Koji task 1288749).
memkind's own BuildRequires (make, patch, automake, libtool, numactl-devel,
systemd, gcc, gcc-c++, daxctl-devel) are all satisfied by existing components.
Build verified with scratch build.
