Support for "behave" (or arbitrary) test framework

ms-python.python is current extensible for formatters and linters

However the only test frameworks supported are: unitest and pytest

In-built support for the (Gherkin-like) "behave" test framework would be great.

Or, at least, extensibility to support it.
