[Schema] _meta field for Ressource

In the MCP documentation there is a general _meta field :
https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/2025-06-18/basic/index#general-fields

But I didn't find how to add this field when I add Ressource with the php-sdk.
Did I miss something ?

Through this issue, I discovered that there is still a missing schema: modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol#663

@chr-hertel I would love to help with a PR, I tried to work on it but I don't think I can make it : _meta is available for all types of content and I don't see a smart way to make it.

i would assume we shouldn't go with a smart way than :D maybe bring it basically to every schema class?
