Add MindsDB server configuration to support connecting to MindsDB databases through MCP protocol.

Motivation and Context
This change adds support for MindsDB integration, allowing users to connect to MindsDB databases through the MCP protocol. This enables access to AI tables and machine learning models hosted in MindsDB through a standardized interface.
