Data format Latest × Field(s) omits fields outside rounds if they are never changed within a round

When using the “Lastest × Field(s)” download format with round as a grouping variable, any variables that are never changed inside a round are omitted. They are included in the “Latest” format.

Commit dda3148 improves the behavior, but issues still remain:

1. The “Latest” download format still includes columns that “Latest × Field(s)” does not, such as apps, packages, _uproot_settings (i.e., the session storage).
2. When no player has entered the first round yet, the downloaded CSV file is completely empty.

In my view, “Latest” should be a strict subset of “Latest × Field(s)”: “Latest × Field(s)” should, at any time, include all information included in “Latest” but with “historical” data added.

That's not a bad idea, though it sounds to me more like “Latest + Latest × Field(s),” or even “Latest².”
